Research on the Cooperation Mechanism and Operation Mode of the Construction University-Industry Knowledge Innovation Alliance

A university-industry knowledge innovation alliance is an advanced form of a university-industry cooperation alliance. This paper takes the construction industry as the background, and with analysis of the current situation of the construction university-industry alliance, puts forward the concept of a university-industry knowledge innovation alliance. According to the alliance's connotation and characteristics, it discusses the cooperative motivation mechanism, the partner selection mechanism, the interest distribution mechanism, the supervision and incentive mechanism and the intellectual property protection mechanism. It then puts forward the operation mode of the university-industry knowledge innovation alliance. Finally, some policy suggestions are given for the current construction university-industry knowledge innovation alliance cooperation mechanism and operation mode. This study can provide specific ideas and an implementation path to make effective policies for a university-industry knowledge innovation alliance.
