Abstract
The system by which information is stored in and retrieved from memory has always been a topic of great interest to scientists. how to build a basic structure of memory and its operating policy are very important for maintaining fresh memory for powerful functions of intelligent system. Focusing on memory management we propose memory regulating system based on energy term. Memory regulating system has a maintaining policy structuring the memory in the perspectives of short-term memory and long-term memory view. We apply this system to Virtual memory and test with sample data.
