Abstract

To effectively realize the information sharing and integrating operation between manufacturing execution system (MES) and other information systems in manufacturing enterprises, this paper provides a web services-based system integration framework for MES. The integration framework consists three layers which are enterprise resource layer, service layer and business layer. On the basis, web services based MES system integration realization process is studied, which includes the process of legacy system analysis and general integration solution design, the creation and publish of integration services, integration services query and binding. The study result of this paper provides a feasible solution for MES system integration.
