Abstract
The article describes the automorphisms and anti-automorphisms of the semigroup Gn(R) of all invertible matrices with nonnegative elements over an ordered skew field. It is shown that every automorphism is the product of a certain number (three or four) automorphisms of special type. Bibliography of 7 entries.
