Abstract
An one week dietary investigation towards the students majored in P.E. and sports showed that most of the objects being question aired either lacked of nutrition knowlege, normal ways of nutrition or had an unreasonable dietary structure, therefore, the dietary most objects in took contained almost no potato. All these habits resulted in an unbalanced nutrition in taken with more energy produced by supper as well as midnight tea and less energy produced by breakfast so that there were 10.08% objects being question aired bad BMI more than over 25. It is suggested that the nutrition education to the university students be strengthened and food intake habit be adjusted.
