Abstract
Knowledge sharing is an important link in the process of knowledge management for organizations. Knowledge brokerage can promote knowledge sharing between organizations and between members in organizations. Knowledge brokers are important participants in knowledge brokerage. They could decide whether knowledge brokerage is successful. Besides, knowledge brokers could have great influence on efficiency and effect of knowledge sharing. The functions of knowledge brokers during knowledge sharing are analyzed. And how to promote knowledge brokerage is also discussed.
