Abstract

Cultural heritage documentation importance is recognized and supported at international level, the continuous development of new technology is increasing the pressure to document and preserve digitally. In this paper we briefly review the methods that are commonly used to create digital cultural heritage. The storage solutions have also been reviewed to ensure that the digital content is well preserved. The creation and preservation of digital cultural heritage involves three important aspects: the three-dimensional digitization, data storage and data management.
