Abstract

This executive order by Governor Jim Hodges places the South Carolina National Guard on State duty and orders the utilization of the National Guard's personnel with appropriate equipment and that all required State agencies to take necessary and prudent actions to assist the citizens of South Carolina in recovering from the affects of the severe winter storm.
