Abstract

The paper researches on the relevance of the provision of local public goods and fiscal decentralization system in China. In order to test if the China's current fiscal decentralization system is conducive to the provision of local public goods, the paper establishes a linear measurement model by using provision level of local public goods as a interpreted variable and the degree of fiscal decentralization\GDP\the net transfer payment \the population size as explanatory variables.
