A Research on the Korea Interoperability Management Model Independent of Interoperability Levels

Abstract

One of the interoperability management activity in Korean military is interoperability level assessment. The concept of interoperability levels causes the assessed result to be uncertain and unreliable, despite the activity contributes to secure interoperability requirements of systems consistently. In this paper, I suggest Korea Interoperability Management(KIM) model which is independent of interoperability levels especially specified in LISI model, in order to support more practical and reliable interoperability management.
