Abstract

This paper first surveys all the relational database systems which have been reported, highlighting their most noteworthy features and concepts It then surveys and classifies proposals for implementing each of the reqmsite functional components of a hypothetmal, comprehensive relational database system.It concludes with some general observations about user responses to relational systemss.
