Abstract

Service innovation community is an important place for service innovation of multi-agent. It has become the innovation source for the enterprise to seek. The paper makes a description of innovation process by the dominant organizers based on community innovation. By constructing an organizers and multiple participants' innovation cooperation process, it gets some finding by using team theory and the principal-agent theory model. The conclusion is that incentive is focused on making participants enhanced co-operation for a high degree of integration innovation combined output of innovation. At the same time, it is the key to promote the incentive of individual participants' best effort for the low degree of integration innovation combined output of innovation.
