Abstract
Water resource is basic natural and strategic economic resource. The core of water resource optimization is to raise the efficiency of using water which ensures the sustainable development of economic society by sustainable use of water. The thesis also establishes a water resource optimization model by combining input-output method and linear programming method, And according to the concrete data, the empirical research analyzes water consuming structure and features of three strata of industry in Hebei Province. They come to the optimal scheme of water resource optimization in Hebei Province.
