Open publisher page 1 citations

Abstract

The possibility to use the dependence of ferroelectric material properties on the temperature effect is very attractive especially in the field of sensors. In particular in this paper, investigations of the dielectric and pyroelectric coefficient of a ferroelectric device are discussed along with a characterization tool developed by measure. Also a low cost experimental setup for characterization of ferroelectric dielectric and pyroelectric coefficient is described
