Abstract
With the official operation of high-speed railway lines, the number of passenger train on the existed railway will be reduced with the transport capacity of baggage car lessen concurrently. Meanwhile the existing baggage and parcel transportation resources will be idle. According to the problem, in the context of fierce market competition and logistics developing trends of small pieces of goods express, a new product named Baggage Car Special Train to transport baggage and parcel is proposed and studied. Taking Beijing-Guangzhou channel for example, the Baggage Car Special Train planning on Beijing-Guangzhou line in 2015 is made out.
