Abstract

This paper outlines the work carried out by the National Energy Advisory Committee, which was formed in March 1977. The Committee consists of twenty-two members drawn from all areas of the energy scene. The terms of reference of the Committee are to advise the Minister, and therefore the Government, on matters related to all forms of energy policy, particularly in conservation of resources and research and development.
