Abstract
We all use the skills and concepts of sorting every day without realising that sorting is what we are doing. We sort out crockery into plates, cups, bowls, we sort our clothes and, if they're really organised, some people even sort their CDs or tapes! All this sorting is to make our lives easier to manage and means that we can make better use of the time available.
