Abstract
The thoracolumbar kyphosis is an entity that presents 1015% of acondroplastics, condition a severe neurological complications. The knowledge of evolution, prevention and treatment have a great importance. In these article have a revision of different aspects of the kyphosis, for try to achieve a best compresion of these entity, and improve the therapy to realize in achondroplastic patients.
