Abstract

Simultaneous rupture of the quadriceps and patellar tendon represents a very rare injury.Very few cases reported in the literature up to current date.We report the case of a 53 yearold male, known to have chronic renal failure, with simultaneous rupture of his left patellar tendon and right quadriceps tendon.
