Abstract

XML (extensible markup language) has become the standard of data description and exchanging in the Internet, and it will be the main form for storing Web data: SQL Server is the leading database product of Microsoft Corporation and SQL Server2005 is the latest edition. In this paper, XML technology is discussed, and it describes the support of XML in SQL Server 2005, then, an application based on XML and SQL Server in distributed integration is given.
