Abstract
27 morphological markers of 15 introduced sweet potato varieties(lines) were clustered to study their genetic relationship for rationally utilizing sweet potato varieties. The results showed that 15 introduced sweet potato varieties(lines)were divided into 4 groups according to 7.2 euclidean distance, the genetic relationship between Y1 and other varieties was relatively far,the genetic relationship among S1,S4,S2 and S5 varieties in 6 varieties introduced from Sichuan province was much close, and the genetic relationship between F1 and F4 varieties in 5 varieties introduced from Fujian province was much close as well.
