Abstract
Considering the discrete enterprise manufacturing process and the production management problems caused by information and management gaps between enterprise planning and field process control,RFID was introduced into the manufacturing production for discrete enterprise,in which tags were used to track work in process.Proposed an discrete enterprise production process data acquisition system design method based RFID technology. Analysis the data acquisition system basic components of production actual information offered by the system, System structure and major functional modules were characterized by its favorable openness and extensibility. Its application in a discrete enterprise assembly line showed that both production efficiency and quality were greatly improved, this method has broad prospects.
