Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to update an editing environment for BPEL4Chor and Cross-Partner Scopes. For this purpose, a web-based editor, Oryx-Editor, has been developed as a preparation step towards a complete editor of BPEL4Chor and Cross-Partner Scopes. As we know, BPEL is a language to orchestrate web services into one business process. While choreographies offer a global view of interacting processes, BPEL4Chor, as a interconnection model of choreographies have been proposed. In the first part of thesis an implementation of BPEL4Chor to BPEL transformation as well as how to embed it into Oryx-Editor will be explained. In order to distribute fault handling in choreographies Cross-Partner Scopes which spans several processes has been proposed. Second part of the thesis the extension of Oryx-Editor to support representation of Cross-Partner Scopes in BPEL4Chor will be introduced.
