Abstract

Innovation, as an important corporate strategy, is the key activity that contributes to building core competitive advantage. During the process, the organizational learning decides the level of company's gaining innovative knowledge. This paper, based on learning theory and knowledge management theory, explores the relationship between knowledge's transfer, organizational learning and the organizational structure which impacting on the relationship with knowledge's transfer and organizational learning.
