Abstract
Cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD) is a congenital disorder manifested by clavicular hypoplasia or agenesis, patent sutures and fontanelles, supernumerary teeth, short stature, and a variety of other skeletal changes. It is a rare disease with autosomal dominant inheritance. It is characterized by generalized skeletal dysplasia. As the disease affects the dentition and the skull bones, the dental professionals should have knowledge of this disease. In this paper, we report two male patients who presented to our department with the complaint of missing teeth. The patients were investigated further to confirm the diagnosis of CCD.
