Abstract

We have noted with genuine interest the communication from Rosemary French (1969) regarding her preparation of a technetium colloid and an indium colloid for liver scanning. In February, 1967, when the 99Mo–99mTc generator system was first added to the radiopharmaceuticals used at this institute, the technetium sulphur colloid was prepared according to the method of Larson and Nelp (1966), with 6 per cent dextran (molecular weight 75,000) as stabiliser.
