The Research of Management Innovation Support System

This paper mainly studies the theory and application of computer aid management innovation. Combined with knowledge management, it brings forward a kind of solution about management innovation. It abstracts tens of management innovation principles, and builds a parameter system that is used to describe management innovation problems, and then builds a theory model that is used to solve management innovation problems. Based on the former theory model, we developed the computer aid innovation support system that can successfully support management innovation. Practice indicates that the expandedness of this system is very useful in technology innovation and co-design.
