Abstract
This research briefly introduces the theory of planned behavior and the technology acceptance model, extends the technology acceptance model with perceived credibility based on the mobile services' characteristics. An integrated technology acceptance model, which comes from the theory of planned behavior and the improved technology acceptance model, is used to identify the factors that affect consumer intention to use mobile services. The results generated by structural equation model indicate that the integrated technology acceptance model has significant effect on explaining behavioral intention to use mobile services.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
