Research of Critical Success Factors for Implementing Knowledge Management in China

Abstract

Based on existing knowledge management literature review and in-depth analyses, the critical success factors (CSFs) for implementing knowledge management (KM) are systematically studied and a set of 12 CSFs are extracted and then a hypothetical four-dimensional CSFs model for implementing knowledge management in China is constructed. The related managerial suggestion is theoretically discussed.
