Abstract
What exactly is Adlerian career assessment anyway? In this paper, I give some attention to that question. Specifically, I (a) examine some of the theory underlying Adlerian career assessment, (b) briefly review Adlerian career assessment research, and (c) consider two ways of implementing Adlerian career assessment in practice.
