Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the impacts of internal marketing efforts on hotel employs' turnover intention, and to seek tools to strengthen the relationship between hotel management and employees. Internal marketing efforts toward employees eventually maximize customer satisfaction. The data was collected from 289 employees of 11 deluxe hotels in Seoul, Korea. The results indicate that most of the internal marketing factors in hotel management significantly affect employees' turnover intention.
