Abstract
In allusion to the evolution process of knowledge-based alliance, we establish models of the evolution of symmetrical knowledge-based alliance and asymmetrical knowledge-based alliance separately by evolution game theory. We draw the axle graphs of two-dimensional plane of symmetrical enterprise system and asymmetrical enterprise system and analyze them separately on basis of dynamic equation of enterprise system, and analyze influencing factors. The results indicate that the original state of symmetrical knowledge-based alliance decides its evolution path and income, and asymmetrical knowledge-based alliance moves towards the disintegration in the end.
