Abstract
Based on demand for the decrease of container transportation cost, analyzing the current situation of empty container distributing and leasing, establish the model for synthetically using empty container distribution and leasing, raise positive statement on the necessity of synthetically using strategy. When empty container total supply exceed total demand, put forward some effect factors on the synthetically using strategy and make some assumptions, at the same time bring forwards some conclusions, which may do well for the container-management
