Abstract
The ionization probabilities of Ne, Ar, Kr, and Xe have been measured with electron energies up to 2000 eV. Ions with charge up to 5 for Ne, 6 for Ar, 8 for Kr, and 9 for Xe were observed, and their ionization potentials are reported here.
