A light curve, velocity curve, and preliminary orbit elements and structure are presented for the early B-star eclipsing binary HR 6773. The evidence suggests that the more massive (primary) component is in early post-main-sequence evolution. Transient behavior is exhibited by the light curve which is suggestive of mass transfer activity. Key words: eclipsing binary - velocity curve - photometry
