Research on the applied talents training based on technical education base

Abstract

Aiming at the applied talents training, we carried out some related theoretical study and practical exploration on innovative course structure, innovation resource strategy, innovative curriculum model and other aspects, and got some useful thought and experience. A creative talents training mode was created based on technology education base. Some reference and guidance significance for talents training were provided in this paper.
