Abstract

Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES) in animals Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES) is a modern technique of performing surgical procedures developed worldwide. In the last few years, series of NOTES operations were performed in animals and humans. This article describes some surgical procedures performed in animals with use of this new technique.
