Abstract

The Communist Party and the Soviet Government devote much attention to the further improvement of public education in rural areas. The specific action program of Party, Soviet, trade union, and Komsomol organizations in this direction is set forth in the decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the USSR Council of Ministers "On Measures for the Further Improvement of Working Conditions in the Rural General-Education School." The decree notes that assistance to the rural school is of concern to everyone.
