Abstract
The paper uses the finite element method and experiments in machine tool to carry out the analysis of dynamic characteristics. This paper uses ANSYS to do the modal analysis which establishes a finite element model of the spring damper connected on machine surface based on the three-dimensional solid model. Comparing test data and the results of finite element analysis, the results verify the reasonableness of finite element model. Using harmonic response analysis to analyse the reason of the machine tools cutting vibration and found the machine resonance frequency range about forced vibration, and presents the corresponding measures to eliminate vibration.
