Abstract
Vocal professional courses for colleges and universities of music education in accordance with culture of the needs of music educators set the basis for development of arts education in primary and secondary schools, is the key to deter mining the quality of arts education. In this paper, the vocal music education, for example to explore the methods of the higher music education.
