Abstract
An experimental air-blast, concentrate, orchard sprayer, powered from the tractor power-take-off shaft, has been built and tested. In experiments conducted throughout the spray season, it gave as good insecticide deposits on the leaves of large apple trees as an efficient single-side sprayer having its own engine.
