Abstract

Agriculture information is an important hallmark of modern agriculture. The agriculture information construction is the basic work for the development of agriculture and country. In this paper, the experiences of agriculture information construction both at home and abroad are analyzed, and the new developments of agriculture information in Heilongjiang province are mentioned. The agricultural expert consultation system (AECS) fulfills an important function in pushing forward the agriculture information construction in Heilongjiang province.
