Design is supposed to be the perfect combination of technology and art, which cannot be separated from the cultural factors. Design is influenced and constrained by culture and in turn reflects the characters of culture of the time. Design of any age is closely related with the local culture. The traditional culture of nationality, regionalism and sociality not only affects the contemporary arts movement but also directly influences the contemporary designing movement.
