Dynamic Evaluation Based on Timing Sequence Multi-Index for Technological Innovation Cost

Abstract

The cost of technology innovation of enterprise will affect the decision-making of technology innovation project. The now available existing evaluation indexes of the innovation cost are simpler, and the evaluation system is incomplete. Based on the cost structure, innovation efficiency and benefit, innovation cost risk and financial risk, this article constructs the innovation cost appraisal index system, and uses the dynamic fuzzy evaluation method based on timing sequence multi-index to build the evaluation model, and applies this evaluation method to evaluate the change states of some project. The new indexes system reflects the relativity and foresee ability of the indexes used, and can reasonable evaluate the risk of technological innovation project. It gives a whole and dynamic evaluation for the rationality and availability of technological innovation cost.
