Abstract

This work discusses the problems of nontraditional raw materials for biofuel, provides an analysis of studies on the synthesis of biodiesel in various lipids, and discusses the production of lipid material and the contribution from different sources to the overall resource balance. Key questions and problems of lipase catalysis, the sources and range of commercial preparations of lipases and biocatalysis are discussed in detail. Using of algal feedstock for the production of ethanol fuel is considered.
