Human Resources Development Globalization under the Idea of Sustainable Development

This article utilizes an integrated analysis method to summarize the main implications of sustainable development. It put forward the idea that the center of sustainable development is the sustainable development of the human and human resources which is also the basis and the prerequisite for sustainable development of human society. The author thinks that sustainable development promotes the human resources development globalization inevitably, also describes the essential features of it. The paper has reached the following conclusions: Establishe the human resources development globalization ideology is the future social development's strategic priority; Expande the abroad education is an effective channel to realize the globalization; Implement the immigration policy is the sensible way to respond to the globalization of human resources development; Open nationality restrictions is the inevitable choice to achieve human resources development globalization.
