Abstract

Nine hundred and thirty-eight male college students were tested with a I -minute, 36 stops per minute stop test, using a 17 in. bench. The results are presented in the form of percentiles and T-scores. Related studies are presented indicating the validity of the test when used to follow changes occurring with physical training.
