Abstract

In order to solve the problem on evaluation of road schemes which is affected by many factors, through all the influence factors and the technical features were comprehensive analyzed, the evaluation model was set up which was based on the fuzzy mathematics and the analytic hierarchy process, and the expert evaluation method was also used. First the hierarchical structure of the road scheme evaluation model was constructed, then the weights of rule hierarchy were valued by the analytic hierarchy process; then the weights of the factor level and the fuzzy evaluating matrix were determined based on the expert evaluation method, last the road scheme evaluation model was set up through the linear relation. In the evaluation model, all the major influence factors, including linear indexes, life cycle cost, evaluation model, social environment influence and the construction difficulty, were comprehensive considered, and through the fuzzy operation, analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation, the qualitative indexes were transformed into the quantitative indexes, so the evaluation model has relatively high accuracy to evaluate the route scheme. Through the one certain highway route scheme as engineering example, the road scheme evaluation model was proved to be reasonable and effective.
