Abstract
The issue of determining the parameters of a promising two-system of freight electric locomotive is reviewed with consideration of the main directions of improvement of the technical parameters and characteristics of the rolling stock provided by the “Strategy of Development of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation to 2030.”
