Abstract
With the spread of a large number of web application, more and more software requirements are proposed. Especially in management information system, it is necessary to maintain the scalability of the database and the flexibility of the software architecture. To meet the development of the software, a lot of novel technologies are presented. The framework based on Struts, Spring and Hibernate is one of the most important. This paper firstly introduces the framework and then gives an application named intelligent academic communication system to explain how the framework works. The result proves the system runs well.
